![]() Friends for several years, Eric and Samuel first partnered in a very modest real estate transaction. They were not far removed from the MBA program at the University of Alabama and were eager to “do a deal” together. They found the opportunity, did their due diligence, and achieved their goals in the transaction. Through this process, they learned that they worked very well together, had complimentary skill sets and enjoyed closing deals. From that point forward, they began and developed their individual careers, planning to use that experience to partner in a much larger endeavor down the road. Eric spent five years working with one of the top commercial real estate companies in Birmingham, where he applied his real estate knowledge to achieve the best possible outcome for his clients. Through this process, he established many high quality relationships with his clients, relationships based on trust, capability, responsiveness and respect. Samuel established his home in Tuscaloosa after graduate school and started a business outside of the real estate industry. Game Day Tents LLC began in 2007 as a completely new concept in Tuscaloosa, providing tailgate setup to Alabama football fans on campus. During that same period, Samuel obtained his real estate broker’s license and is the broker-owner of Red Elephant Realty, a residential real estate firm that specializes in game day and campus area real estate. In all his business activities, both in and out of the real estate industry, he learned that high level customer service should be priority one. Eric and Sam launched Progressive Properties, PLLC in January 2010 with the goal to create a full service commercial real estate company based on thoughtful, different and strategic ideas. With the capability and goal to do business throughout the entire state of Alabama, Progressive Properties is proud to call both Tuscaloosa and Birmingham home. Eric is based in Birmingham with primary responsibilities in that market while Samuel resides in Tuscaloosa, with each supporting the other in every transaction. |
